Home Delivery
We offer FREE delivery (to a single location) for orders over HK$350 after all promotional codes are applied. A delivery charge of HK$35 per order applies to orders under HK$350 after promotional codes are applied. Please note that deliveries to Outlying Islands, special areas, and locations without lift access are excluded from this offer and may incur additional charges.
Our home delivery service operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
For orders successfully placed and payment confirmed before 9 p.m., we will deliver your products within the next 5 working days, between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Important Delivery Information:
We will contact you by phone prior to delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
We aim to deliver when someone is present and cannot accept responsibility for parcels left outside at the customer’s request.
Big Wave Bay Village and Shek O: Due to access restrictions, our delivery vehicles cannot enter these areas without a permission letter. Deliveries to these locations must be collected from the local car park.
Delivery services may be affected during public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter) and major promotional events. Services are suspended on Sundays and public holidays.
Inclement Weather: If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, all delivery services will be suspended and rescheduled for the next working day. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
If the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge an additional redelivery fee.
You must notify us immediately of any change to your delivery address. We reserve the right to decline delivery to any address at our sole discretion.
Click & Collect with Shun Fung Express (SF Express)
You may choose to collect your order from a designated SF Express collection point.
Once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed, SF Express will send you a collection notification (e.g., via SMS or app alert) within 3 working days. You can then collect your order from the specified location using this notification.
Please note the collection service is also suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warnings.
If you are not available to collect your order, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee to redirect the parcel.
Cancellation Policy
1. GoGojii may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or for any other reason that prevents the order from being fulfilled.
2. We will process a full refund to your original payment method for any cancelled orders.
3. Once an Order Confirmation has been issued, you may not cancel the order. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team at +852 2555 5555.
Returns & Refunds
GoGojii offers a "7-Day Quality Guarantee" from the date you receive your products. If your items arrive damaged, spoiled, or are not in good condition, please contact our customer service team at +852 2555 5555.
1. You will be asked to provide photographs of the goods as proof. Once your case is accepted, you will be required to return the products to our customer service centre for verification.
2. You may return items within 7 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges or product replacements.
Refund Policy
Once a refund request is verified and approved, the amount will be refunded to your original credit card. Please allow 4–6 weeks for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases:
Any product without valid proof of purchase.
Products purchased more than 7 days previously.
If the related products are not returned to us.
For any gifts or trial packs.
If the product packaging is not intact, is damaged, or is dirty.
Any product rejection due to personal preference.
In case of any dispute, GoGojii reserves the right of final decision.
