To facilitate the return process, we kindly ask that you include photographs of the items in question when you reach out to us. Following the acceptance of your case, you will be required to return the products for verification.

Please be advised that while customers may return items within the specified seven days, they will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Furthermore, items must be returned in the same condition as they were received—unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt is also required to process your return.
