Goji Yoghurt

Ingredients

• 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt (or any yoghurt of your choice)
• 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
• 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
• Fresh fruits (like berries, banana slices, or mango, optional)
• Chia seeds and granola for extra crunch (optional)

Steps

  1. Prepare Yoghurt: In a bowl, scoop out the yoghurt. If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can whisk it lightly.
  2. Add Sweetener: Mix in the honey and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until well combined.
  3. Combine Goji Berries: Add the soaked goji berries to the yogurt. Stir gently to mix them in evenly.
  4. Add Toppings: Top with coconut chips, chia seeds, granola, or anything you would like to add for texture and flavour.
