Goji Berry Tea

Ingredients

A simple and nourishing traditional Chinese drink.  

  • 6–8 tbsp dried goji berries (rinsed)  
  • 4 cups hot water
  • Optional: ginger slices, red dates (jujubes), honey, or rock sugar for sweetness .  

Steps

  1. Pour boiling water over the goji berries.
  2. Let steep for 20 minutes.
  3. Sweeten if desired and serve hot or chilled as iced tea.  

Tip: For ginger goji tea, add fresh ginger slices while steeping.
